Your Sink is Holy Ground Today ✨

I was thinking about you this morning while doing my own dishes, watching the morning light catch the soap bubbles.

Isn't it amazing how God meets us right there at the kitchen sink? Today we remember St. Rose Philippine Duchesne, who crossed an ocean to serve frontier families in America.

Like her, we find Jesus in the simplest acts of service - even sudsy water and morning chores.

Today's Prayer: Kitchen Sink Whispers

Hands in water, warm and deep,

Where Your quiet presence seeps.

Through these simple tasks I do,

Each one brings me close to You.

When the daily work feels long,

Let my heart hum heaven's song.

In these moments, plain and sweet,

My tired soul finds Your peace.

Draw me closer, keep me near,

As I serve my loved ones here.

Amen.
