Sunday Prayer, Stolen Moment ❤️

Finding God in a busy house! ✨

Scripture For Today: Come with me to a quiet place and get some rest.

Mark 6:31

The bathroom door locks behind you.

Just five minutes alone.

Sunday's supposed to be peaceful.

Maybe the kids are fighting downstairs.

Perhaps your husband asked what's for dinner.

You just wanted to pray a little.

You're hiding in your own house to find God.

We've been there too.

Today we honor Saint Pope John I.

He was often pulled away from prayer for urgent needs, yet found God in small moments between duties.

Just like you're trying to now.

God meets you even in bathrooms.

Five stolen minutes count as real prayer.

Today's Prayer: Bathroom Sanctuary

In this small room with locked door,

I seek You, though kids bang and roar.

My Sunday peace feels far away,

Yet here I am, I try to pray.

Bless this house, though loud it be,

The mess and noise mean family.

Meet me in these moments brief,

When I sneak away for relief.

Thank You for this hiding spot,

Where I can give You all I've got.

Amen.

A light of hope is almost here!

Our prayer candle made with care in America shines in two places—your sacred space and in a child's healthier future..

Rest your forehead against the door.

Feel the boundary between chaos and calm.

You're allowed this space.

God finds you in every hiding place.

Walking alongside you,
