Scripture For Today: Love covers a multitude of wrongs.

1 Peter 4:8

Marriage can feel so hard some days.

The fight ended yesterday but your heart still hurts.

Silent dinner with too much space between you.

Maybe you wonder if things will ever change.

You think about all the years and all the fights.

It leaves you tired to your bones.

We understand.

Today we honor Saint Rita of Cascia.

She had a difficult marriage to a harsh man, yet prayed for him daily.

She found peace even when love felt impossible.

God sees the tears no one else does.

Love can grow again in rocky soil.

Today's Prayer: Marriage Mending

After words we can't take back,

The quiet house feels cold and black.

Two hearts that once beat close, now far,

Each wound leaves such a deep, new scar.

Lord, help us find our way to peace,

Let pride and anger slowly cease.

Remind us why we chose this path,

And heal what's broken by our wrath.

Hold our love in Your strong hands,

Mend what only You understand.

Amen.
