Today's Prayer: Holy Hands

My hands are tired from cleaning up,

Each plate I wash, each messy cup.

The sink is full of yesterday's meal,

But prayer can change just how I feel.

Lord, bless this work my hands now do,

Each simple task can worship You.

In scrubbing clean and wiping dry,

I feel Your love come drawing nigh.

Lord hear us now with gentle care,

Amen, we know that You are there.
