Parent Care, Tender Worry ❤️

Loving through hard changes! ✨

Scripture For Today: "Honor your father and your mother."

Exodus 20:12

Watching our parents grow older can make our hearts soft.

They move more slow.

They forget small things.

They need our help more.

Maybe you worry when your mom won't tell you about her pain or when your dad skips his pills.

Today we honor St. Julie Billiart, who cared for the sick with great love even when her own body was weak.

Your care for parents is holy work.

God sees each time you help them.

Today's Prayer: Loving Hands

For the ones who raised me up,

Who filled my heart and filled my cup,

Now I give back what I can,

With my heart and with my hands.

When I worry for their care,

When it feels too much to bear,

Help me trust Your love will show,

The way to help, the way to go.

In this role so new to me,

Your strength is what I need to see.

Amen.

May St. Julie's caring spirit remind you today—

Your worry shows your great love.

This new path is walked with God.

Hand-Crafted With You In Mind.

We've put our hearts into making something special for you.

A small treasure to make prayer time feel even more holy.

Caring for those who once cared for you is sacred work.

Every small act of help shows the love God has planted in your heart.

Blessings,

Two Minute Prayers Team
