Holding Hope Before Midnight ✨
A cozy 2-minute prayer for weary souls (with St. Sylvester!) ❤️

The year's final hours whisper stories of grace - of moments survived, love shared, and quiet miracles we almost missed.
St. Sylvester I reminds us that every ending cradles a new beginning, just like the worn hands that have folded in prayer countless times before us.

Today's Prayer: Gathering the Year's Fragments
Another year has softly passed,
With memories that truly last.
The moments tender, bold, and bright,
Now gathered in soft evening light.
Our family's journey, ups and downs,
God's love that weaves through joy and frowns.
Each prayer, each tear, each silent plea,
Becomes a prayer of what will be.
Lord, hold our hearts both worn and new,
We place our trust in You.
Amen.

Scripture for Today: "Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it?" - Isaiah 43:18-19
As St. Sylvester watched one church year close and another open, may we embrace the sacred space between what was and what might be - trusting that grace flows through every transition.
Blessings,
Two Minute Prayers Team
