Scripture For Today: Well done, good and faithful servant.

Matthew 25:23

You sit in your car before going inside.

Just for a minute.

The week felt ten years long.

Maybe your back hurts from carrying things.

Perhaps you snapped at your husband last night.

You wonder if you're doing any of this right.

We've ALL sat in that driveway.

Today we remember Saint Brendan the Navigator.

He sailed unknown seas trusting God would guide his way home.

Your trust counts the same.

God sees your faithful week.

Rest is coming for your soul.

Today's Prayer: End of Week Grace

Five long days have worn me thin,

Now I sit here, breathing in.

Thank You for the strength You gave,

Through each worry, every wave.

I'm too tired to even pray,

But You love me anyway.

Hold my family through the night,

Make our weekend moments bright.

Bless this car, this quiet space,

Fill me with Your Friday grace.

Amen.
