Family Dinner, Loud Table ❤️
Finding God at noisy tables! ✨
Scripture For Today: "Give us this day our daily bread."
God sees us at our tables, in the noise and the mess.
Kids talk all at once.
Food spills on the floor.
The milk needs refilling again.
Maybe you worry that money is tight when you shop for all those growing kids.
Today we honor St. Richard of Chichester,
Who lived simply and shared his food with the poor, showing how meals can be a way to love others.
Each bite you provide is holy.
Your dinner table is sacred ground.
Today's Prayer: Table Grace
At our table, loud and bright,
With happy chaos day and night,
Thank you for the food we share,
And the love found sitting there.
When the bills feel much too steep,
And our worries run so deep,
Help us trust your hand will give,
All we need each day to live.
At each meal, in each small way,
Your love feeds us day by day.
Amen.
