Doctor Visit, Quiet Hope ❤️
Finding peace in waiting rooms too! ✨
Scripture For Today: "Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be afraid, for I am your God."
The doctor's office can make our hearts beat fast.
White walls that feel cold.
Forms to fill out.
Test results to wait for.
Maybe you worry about what the doctor will find when you go for that check-up.
Today we honor St. Francis of Paola,
Who spent much time caring for the sick and showed how to trust God even when bodies need help.
Your health fears are held by God.
You are not alone in the waiting room.
Today's Prayer: Healing Touch
When I sit in vinyl chairs,
With my worries and my cares,
Hold my hand and calm my fear,
Let me feel Your love so near.
Through each test and each new scan,
Help me trust Your loving plan,
Be the calm within my mind,
Be the peace I need to find.
In Your hands I place my care,
Knowing You are always there.
Amen.
