Dishes, Prayers, and Sticky Notes ✨

A gentle 2-minute prayer for busy hands (St. Francis has a tip!) ❤️

You know those sticky notes you leave around the house - reminders for lunches, appointments, and grocery lists?

St. Francis de Sales wrote love notes too - little reminders of God's presence in everyday moments.

As dishes pile up and to-do lists grow longer, remember that each task can become a quiet conversation with God.

Today's Prayer: Kitchen Counter Conversations

Standing here with soapy hands,

Washing dishes, making plans.

In the bubbles fresh and new,

Lord, I lift my heart to You.

Through the tasks that fill each day,

Help me find a gentle way.

Like sweet notes upon my shelf,

Let me rest here in myself.

In these moments, make me whole,

As Your peace fills up my soul.

Amen.
